By accessing and using C-Suite Assist ("Service"), operated by NOLA Lisa LLC dba C-Suite Assist ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Use of the Platform
C-Suite Assist provides financial analysis and business optimization tools for informational and planning purposes. Results are projections based on your inputs and are not guarantees of future business performance.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Subscription and Billing
Free accounts are available without a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@csuiteassist.com.
Limitation of Liability
C-Suite Assist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Financial projections are estimates and actual results may vary.
